My first spill of the decade! I must say, while on vacation I didn't spill much at all. Perhaps there is a correlation! Queso madness is a family tradition. It usually involves Sunday, football, Diet Dr. Pepper, tortilla chips and melted Velveeta mixed with salsa. This time was a bit out of the ordinary. No football. It was a Friday, and we melted two-year expired old English with salsa. It was New Year's Day, so we had to make use of the food in the cupboards ; )
