Oh no. I'm worried about your visit here. It turns out I'm even crazier about keeping the house clean and the furniture perfect when I sublease/rent someone else's furniture! Most things here are wipe-able surfaces, so we should be okay. White wine it is. :-)
No need to worry! Red wine comes out with immediate application of salt. Let it absorb, even overnight and then a vinegar water solution if needed. After my guest spilled red wine on the above blue rugs, salt alone did the trick!

Well, Mr. Webster, I spilled the milk – and more than once! There is nothing like a little (or big!) spill to keep us humble. What is life if we can't laugh at our own idiosyncrasies?
Though I am a photographer, this is no attempt at a "professional" spill photo blog. I will use whatever tool I have at the time to document my spill, be it a borrowed iPhone, point-and-shoot or digital SLR camera. The photos I post will not be judged on sharpness, composition or quality. Afterall, this blog is a confession of imperfection.
